1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TryHunt ("the Service"), operated at tryhunt.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TryHunt is an AI-powered job application platform that automatically submits job applications on your behalf based on your profile, resume, and preferences. Each application consumes one credit from your subscription plan.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity per account. Accounts are non-transferable.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

  • The Service operates on a credit-based subscription model. Details of each plan (credits, pricing) are listed on our billing page.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate.
  • Unused credits carry forward while your subscription is active and never expire during an active subscription.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial periods.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Submit false or misleading information in job applications.
  • Attempt to circumvent credit limits or abuse the platform.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

6. Job Applications

  • TryHunt submits applications on your behalf using the information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and resume.
  • We do not guarantee that any application will result in an interview or job offer.
  • One credit is deducted per submitted application. Credits are non-refundable once an application has been submitted.

7. Google Account Integration

If you connect your Google account, you authorize TryHunt to send emails on your behalf for the sole purpose of job applications. You may revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings. Our use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by TryHunt. Your profile and resume data remain your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your data solely to operate the Service on your behalf.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. TryHunt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed job opportunities or application errors.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
